We are excited to have reached a new milestone in our growth, recently passing the 100 employee mark, as well as growing by 94% in terms of sales revenue and number of staff in the last five years.
We now have 105 employees across three continents, working alongside national governments, international NGOs, global corporations and SMEs.
Over the past 18 years our service offerings have expanded from waste management to include air quality, climate change, renewable energy, the natural environment, and sustainable business. The two latest additions to the wide scope of our work are a team of climate emergency strategy specialists, and a new sustainable future transport service.
In addition to expanding our range of services, we have also grown internationally. Our progressive benefits package and commitment to continuous learning and development have resulted in those moving overseas choosing to set up new offices. In 2008 our first overseas office was established in New Zealand, followed in 2013 by our first European office in Brussels, where we continue to produce high-level research for the European Commission. Our first US office opened in New York in 2017, and has been growing as it develops its offering to the US states and Canadian provinces, as well as foundations and corporations. Our second European office opened in Athens, Greece in 2018 and the team is already appointing new staff and working with blue-chip organisations in our specialist areas.
We are grateful to the local support that we have received, especially the £75,000 of funding we received from the West of England Growth Fund in 2014.
