Wherever you are in the world
Wherever you're joining us from, enjoy every other Friday off. Want to pick up a new hobby, catch up with friends or family, or just chill? No problem. We hope it gives you more time to do so.

Technical or project management routes
We make a conscious effort to use the talent we have to drive our success, whether through promotions or sideways moves. There are several routes to progress, mainly environmental technical or project management.
Work from anywhere
Up to 4 weeks a year
Ever fancied working abroad, or exploring a different town in your home country? Work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks a year. Want longer? Add annual leave either side of your trip and really settle in somewhere new.
Holidays and office closure
24 days, rising to 30
Start with 24 days of holiday, rising by a day each year until you reach 30. Need more? Buy up to 5 extra days a year. After a year of hard work we close our doors between Christmas and New Year. Holidays may vary by country.
Monthly wellbeing allowance
£30 a month to spend on you
Your mental health is our priority, so you get £30 a month (or the local equivalent) for your wellbeing. Gym membership, days out with the kids, National Trust visits, a Calm subscription: you name it, we can cover it.
Health and life schemes
Life assurance at 4x salary
Take the burden off you and your family with Private Medical Insurance, a Group Income Protection Scheme and Life Assurance of 4 times your salary. Schemes may vary by country.
3-month sabbatical
