Waste Management Situation in South East Europe

This study, commissioned by the European Commission, assesses the waste management situation in six Western Balkan countries on the pathway to EU accession and offers each country a Roadmap that would lead them towards a resource efficient economy that meets EU standards by 2020.

The study includes the following countries:

• Albania;
• Bosnia and Herzegovina;
• Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia;
• Kosovo;
• Montenegro;
• Serbia.
