Work from anywhere
Ever fancied working abroad? Or maybe exploring a different town in your home country? Enjoy this benefit for up to 4 weeks per year. Want a longer time to explore? You can add annual leave either side of your trip to fully immerse yourself in your new environment.
Holidays and office closure
Starting with 24 days of holiday, rising by 1 day per year until you reach 30 days. Not enough? you can purchase up to 5 more days per year. After a year of hard work, we close our doors between Christmas and New Year. (Holidays may vary depending on your country location).
Monthly wellbeing allowance
Your mental health is our priority and for that we provide a £30 (or country equivalent) per month wellbeing allowance – gym membership, days out with the kids, national trust visits, calm subscription - you name it, we can cover it.
