We’d like to extend a huge congratulations to our inaugural CEO Jonquil Hackenburg who will be moving onto a new chapter in November to lead the fantastic Ellen MacArthur Foundation.
Since June 2023 Jonquil has led transformational change within our organisation. Jonquil identified what makes us unique and switched up internal structures so we can:
- Find the projects with the most impact
- Consultants have multiple opportunities for growth
- And clients always get the best results
Jonquil also introduced our treasured nine-day fortnight which supports our teams to find more balance in life.
