In November 2020, the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (‘BEIS’) commissioned Eunomia Research & Consulting Ltd (‘Eunomia’) to deliver a study on the capability of the non-domestic energy efficiency optimisation and retrofit supply chain to meet the UK Government’s Clean Growth Strategy ambitions for 2030 (20% energy efficiency improvement) and 2050 net zero targets. This Final Report presents the findings from this study.
