Richard is an expert in strategic change and development, with an especially deep understanding of corporate energy efficiency. He is able to identify the big picture and visualise new strategic directions for organisations, while also understanding and empathising with softer barriers to strategic change. As a Chartered Engineer, he takes a creative approach to strategy development.

He has worked with clients across numerous sectors, including energy and utilities, retail, automotive, financial services, logistics, hospitality and leisure, and the public sector. He has extensive experience in financial modelling, business case development, and commercial negotiation. Richard is a proven team leader with excellent people skills that enable him to engage flexibly with all stakeholders and build strong, long-term client relationships.
