About Charlie

Charlie specialises in engaging with stakeholders to identify appropriate, actionable decarbonisation measures for complex organisations that rely on third-party actions to reach their ambitions.

A former local government climate change officer, she leads Eunomia’s net zero work for the public sector. With her detailed understanding of carbon accounting and climate change science and policy, and her experience in defining net zero for public sector organisations, Charlie is invaluable in driving successful decarbonisation for our clients.

She holds a first class master’s degree in Climate Change Science and Policy from the University of Bristol and is also a trained facilitator.
