Adrian has been with Eunomia since 2004 and now provides strategic business planning and transaction services expertise to our clients.
As a highly capable project director and technical lead with real-world, practical experience, Adrian has managed an extensive portfolio of successful public and private sector projects. He regularly applies his expertise in market and commercial due diligence, procurement support and financial and environmental modelling – particularly focused on carbon, business case development and environmental policy appraisal and development.
Whilst completing his PhD – ‘The Changing Pace in Waste Management and Options for Energy Generation’ – at the Cardiff University School of Engineering, Adrian also built up relevant experience in the field. He authored the fundamental scoping study for the National Assembly for Wales as groundwork for the Welsh Energy Policy. He also acted as rapporteur at the National Assembly for Wales Renewable Energy Workshops and designed and conducted a detailed waste composition analysis programme.
Adrian’s recent projects range from a feasibility study for a beverage container deposit return scheme in Vietnam; a plastics circular economy feedstock study for the Alberta government; and advising on best practice for municipal solid waste recycling in Europe for the Irish Waste Management Association.
